Blue Backpack started simple — great coffee, good people, and the idea that you don't need a storefront to create a real experience.
We show up at local markets, neighborhood events, private parties, and anywhere people gather. Our setup is lean on equipment and heavy on quality — every drink is made with intention, from espresso to iced lattes to whatever seasonal thing we're excited about that week.
Blue Backpack is part of a family of food projects. While La Combatera handles BBQ and smashburgers, we handle the coffee. Two different tables. One shared love for feeding people well.
